The Monsun original

Launched in 1971, the MV XS is the original Monsun air valve. Like all our products, the MV XS is hand-assembled, has impressive air volume capacity and has smart, facilitating design features. These include a low profile, easy-grip screw cap, no hooking parts and a spring-loaded valve disc that is extremely easy to lock and release. Furthermore, a large free area allows volumes of air to pass through in optimised quantities, delivering faster inflation and deflation.

A reliable, everyday solution

As well as delivering easy handling and insertion in any weather conditions, the MV XS has two seals, is salt water and oil resistant and can be applied to any fabric material between 1 and 3 mm in thickness. The valve's plastic components are made from 35% glass-fibre reinforced Grivory ® GVN-35H and it also features a stainless steel spring and synthetic rubber seals.
